In honour of earth day I’ve compiled eco-friendly options available in Cambridge:

1.The Cambridge Farmer’s Market is the source for fresh local food including produce and meat. It’s open Saturday mornings year-round and Wednesday mornings in summer months, and is located in downtown Galt.

2. Oakridge Acres, located just outside Cambridge carries a selection of locally raised meat that are raised hormone and drug free.

3. Eco Babies is Cambridge’s source for cloth reusable diapers. As well, they carry non toxic baby bottles and toys.

4. The Cambridge Candle Company makes candles from beeswax and soy wax, a healthy alternative to conventional paraffin candles.
